ROCHESTER - An Alton woman was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Jennifer Thomas, 31, of 17 Eagles Way, was charged with Willful Concealment, a class B Misdemeanor.
She was released on $1,500 Personal Recognizance Bail and will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester in September.
