Beagle just want to be back home | lost dog

Can you help this beautiful boy find his way home? He was found on Salmon Falls Road by Rochester Police. He is a tri-colored male beagle that is fairly young and weighs approximately 30 pounds. He is EXTREMELY friendly and wants to go home! Please help him find his family!! (Courtesy photo)
