Berwick man gets 7 1/2 years for trafficking meth, fentanyl

PORTLAND, Maine - A Berwick man was sentenced on Tuesday for distributing, and possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Bo Rodden, 34, was given 90 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty on Nov. 30.

According to court records, in January and February of 2023, Rodden sold fentanyl and methamphetamine to a confidential source. On Feb. 14, 2023, a police officer stopped Rodden's vehicle in Lebanon where he was found to have possessed five bags containing around 49 grams of fentanyl and two bags containing around 150 grams of methamphetamine.

The FBI, Strafford (NH) County Sheriff's Office and York County Sheriff's Office investigated the case.
