ROCHESTER - A Berwick woman was arrested on Sunday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kmart.

Kathleen Brown, 60 of Berwick Maine, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit Court, District Division, Rochester.
