ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested early Thursday after police learned of a fight erupting on Lafayette Street around 4:45 a.m.
Dispatchers first got the call for two men in an altercation out on the street.
Within minutes the fracas was quelled and taken into custody was William Bradford Kay, 68, of 19 Lafayette St., Apt. #2.
Kay was booked at county jail on charges of criminal threatening (intimidation) and reckless conduct for placing another in danger.
