City man nabbed in shoplifting at N. Main Cumby's | drapeau,willful concealment

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was arrested on Thursday in a shoplifting incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

David Drapeau, 49 of 15 Maple St., was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment and was released on $1.500 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
