COVID-19 claims lives of 4 from Strafford County; vaccinations begin in Rochester

CONCORD - DHHS announced 1,029 new positive test results for COVID-19 and 20 COVID-related deaths, including three women and one man from Strafford County.

All of the deaths were among individuals over 60.

The newly identified cases include 125 minors and 85 from Strafford County.

Local current case counts show Dover as the county hot spot with 186 followed by Rochester at 156. Other local numbers show Somersworth at 39, Barrington at 27, Farmington at 23, Milton at 19 and Strafford at 18.
