LEBANON - Cynthia Riley of Lebanon died December 18, 2014 with her loving family by her side, five days after suffering a brain hemorrhage. Born November 22, 1950 Dover. Survived by her husband John D. Riley, Jr. (Dave), children Jay, Steven, Christine and David; her mother Flora M. Allen, stepfather Raymond E. Allen; brother Herbert Taylor; sister Lora Dominquez and six beautiful grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and countless other family members and friends. Predeceased by her father Sydney A. Taylor and grandson Joseph D. Jacques.

Cindy had a special spark about her that endeared her to all. She spoke her mind. She looked out for the "underdog" and those less fortunate. She taught us the qualities that make up the true meaning of love. She was exceptionally creative; a talented decorator, gardener and baker.

This was her favorite time of the year. She believed that all children deserved a special Christmas, and a loving and caring childhood.
