ROCHESTER - A Dover teenager was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart on Thursday.

Elizabeth Smith, 18, of 7 Allen Road, Dover, N.H., was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment.

Smith was bailed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending her November arraignment in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court. 

A person convicted of shoplifting twice within three years can be charged with a Class B felony.
