Empty Bowls benefit helps stock food pantries

LEBANON - The West Lebanon Community Ladies Circle is again sponsoring the Empty Bowls benefit, which will be held at the First Parish Congregational Church, Center Road
Lebanon, on Friday, Nov. 8, from 5-7 p.m.
The cost is $12 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under, and all proceeds go to local food pantries.
Each guest receives a handmade pottery bowl of their choice that they get to keep and to fill as many times as they want with soup donated by many restaurants and members along with donated bread and drinks.
The bowls are donated by the Southern Mane Clay Guild, Sanford High School and Salmon Falls Pottery.
