Ernest A. Drivas ... had worked at GE

ROCHESTER - Ernest A. Drivas, 88, a former resident of Somersworth, N.H., and also Berwick, Maine, died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at the Rochester Manor after a period of failing health.

Ernest was born in Somersworth on Oct. 8, 1927, the son of Anthony and Angeliki (Despotopoulas) Drivas. Prior to his retirement he worked as an accountant for General Electric in Somersworth and Simplex Wire and Cable in Newington, N.H., as well as several other area businesses.

He was predeceased by two sisters, Georgia Carignan and Freda Bourgoine. He is survived by three nieces, Angelia Hobbs, Jill Bourgoine and Stephanie Allinson, and one nephew, Tony Bourgoine.
