Farmington man charged in shoplifting | clement,shoplifting

ROCHESTER - A Farmington man has been arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Jamison Clement, 38, of 4 Peaceful Pines, has been charged with willful concealment stemming from an incident that occurred on May 29.

Clement was given $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on Aug. 19, 2013, at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.  

Farmington Police assisted with the case.

The Rochester Police continue to remind the public that shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and that accordingly RSA 637:3-a (g)  a person who has been twice convicted of Shoplifting (637:3-a II) within a 36 month period shall be charged with a Class B Felony.
