ROCHESTER - A Farmington woman was arrested on Saturday in a shoplifting incident at Walmart.

Katlynn Brooks, 26 of 11 Prospect St., was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment that and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
