Four arrested in organized theft case at Walmart

ROCHESTER - Four area residents have been arrested and charged with organized retail thefts that occurred at Walmart.

Police did not immediately confirm whether the cases were related.

The four arrested include Myriah Allard, 23, of 9.5 Mechanic St., Dover, N.H., Suzanne Anderson, 47, of 119 Milton Road, Apt. 4, East Rochester, Jordan Schieferdecker, 23, of 10 West Concord Street in Dover, and William York, 29, of 61 Winter St., in Rochester.

 

Allard’s and Schieferdecker’s offenses are alleged to have occurred on May 12, while incident dates were not specified for the other two.

 

 

All three except for York were released on $2,500 personal

recognizance bail pending an August arraignment. York

refused bail and will be arraigned today in Rochester District Court.

 

 

The four are charged with acting in an Organized Retail Crime Enterprise, which is conspiring with one or more persons to engage for profit in a scheme or course of conduct. It is a Class B felony.
