ROCHESTER - A fugitive from justice wanted by state Marshals on a probation violation was corralled Wednesday at a Rochester motel.
Michael Rand Jr., 30, was by members of the state Joint Fugitive Task Force at the Holiday Inn on Route 11 without incident.
A warrant for his arrest had been executied by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office on an alleged probation violation stemming from a resisting arrest incident.
