Is tech stuff ticking you off? RPL is here to help

ROCHESTER - If anyone has a question about their smartphone or needs help navigating Libby, Hoopla, or other library resources, the Rochester Public Library wants residents to know they're here to help.

Anyone can stop by for a 15-minute Tech Help session at the Main Desk, available daily from 2-3 p.m.
