©ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in a theft case involving more than $10,000. Justin Packard, 28, of 40 Skyline Drive, was charged in connection with the incident, which occurred on Aug. 29 in Lebanon. The Class B felony can result in up to 10 years in state prison. The York County grand jury indictments were handed down April 4 and released on Wednesday. An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial. Police were not immediately available to comment on the case.
