ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in a Sanford terrorizing case.

Raymond L. Gauvreau, 49, of 222 Richardson Road, was formally charged in the Aug. 29 incident earlier this month by a York County grand jury.

He has been convicted of a similar charge in the past.

Terrorizing is a Class C felony, punishable by five years in state prison or more.

This month's grand jury indictments were handed down March 8 and released on Wednesday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
