LEBANON - A Lebanon man was indicted this month on charges of receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Brice R. Charest, 24, of 21 Goding Road, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property with a value of more than $10,000 and Criminal Mischief in an amount of damage of more than $2,000.

The stolen property charge stems from activity by Charest between Jan. 31 and March 26. The criminal mischief charge stems from an incident on Jan. 31. The felony counts carry maximum prison sentences of 10 years and five years, respectively.

And indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward with a trial.
