LEBANON - Southern Maine's 4th Annual Green Love Celebration is back for another three-day celebration beginning Friday.

The three-day celebration of all things medical marijuana is organized and hosted by Teri Poirier at her Wind Shadows Farm at 730 Center Road.

Renowned local musician Ron Jones will headline a long list of entertainment for the event, which brings together caregivers, clinicians and folks that might want to learn about the benefits of medical marijuana.

As it was last year, the festival is dedicated to Poirier's late daughter, Charlee Rae, who died in December 2014.

A food vendor will be on site during the event with plenty of typical offerings like hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken wings and pulled chicken, but also available for those with medical marijuana cards will be cannabis edibles, also called "medibles." Breakfast will also be available.

It should be noted that while there will be plenty of drinks available, no alcohol will be sold, however patrons can bring their own, Poirier said.

There are two admission packages this year, including $25 for a day pass for all three days; or $45 for all three days and nights, which includes a tent site, vendor site and all the entertainment.
