Lebanon resident left homeless after New Year's Eve fire

LEBANON - A Lebanon woman was displaced New Year's Eve when fire swept through her mobile home.

The blaze at 171 Indian Lake Drive was called in around 7:20 p.m. after the occupant said the house lights flickered just prior to smelling smoke in the structure, according to Lebanon Fire and EMS.

The woman then checked the back bedroom and saw flames.

Lebanon crews along with mutual aid from Milton were able to put the fire out in about 20 minutes.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire has not been officially determined pending an investigation.
