ROCHESTER - A Lebanon woman was arrested on Wednesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Two juveniles were also arrested in the incident, but were not named due to their age.
Kaitlyn Becker, 18, of 422 Center Road in Lebanon was charged with Willful Concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
