Maine woman nabbed in Walmart shoplifting | stacy bean,shoplifting

ROCHESTER - A Maine woman was arrested for shoplifting on Thursday at the Rochester Walmart.

Stacey Bean, 30, of 9 Pine Ridge Road, South Paris, was charged with Willful Concealment and Theft by Deception by Rochester Police.

Bean was given $2,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.  

The Rochester Police would like to remind the public that shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and that accordingly RSA 637:3-a (g)  states a person who has been twice convicted of Shoplifting (637:3-a II) within a 36 month period shall be charged with a Class B Felony.
