ROCHESTER - A Rochester man was charged with possession of drugs and being late on child support payments on Thursday.
Sean K Connors, 37, of 12 B Academy St., was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation after it ran a stop sign at the intersection of Congress and Charles streets.
He was charged with two ($2500.00) Child Support Capias warrants as well as possession of Oxycodone.
Connors was held on the cash warrants and transported to the county jail for arraignment.
