LEBANON - State Police arrested a man during a late-night traffic stop on Upper Cross Road on Sunday.

Matthew Spooner, 28, who is listed as living in both Biddeford, Maine, and Wakefield, N.H., was charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation and being a habitual offender.

State Police said Spooner, who was stopped around 10 p.m., initially refused to provide identification and then to get out of the car, but later complied.

Sanford Police assisted in the arrest.
