DOVER - A Bristol man facing trial in three Rochester robberies from last year was found guilty on Wednesday of raping a woman during a robbery in Durham a week after the two-day Rochester crime spree.

Joshua Flynn, 47, will face sentencing this summer on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a 23-year-old woman that occurred during a robbery at Durham's Emery Farm on March 10, 2017.

It took a Strafford County jury less than three hours to deliver the verdict.

Flynn maintained during trial that the sex was consensual, something the jury obviously didn't buy.

Flynn still faces trial in several robberies that occurred in Rochester in the week prior to the Durham robbery and rape, including robberies at the Milton Road Family Dollar and Rochester Shell station on Washington Street on March 7, and the Shell station on North Main Street on March 8.
