Man killed in Sanford accident ID'd as Lebanon man
Staff Reports SANFORD – The man who died in a Tuesday accident just over the Lebanon line into Sanford on Route 202 has been identified as a Lebanon man. James Desaulniers, 53, of Lebanon, died as a result of injuries sustained in the accident, according to a Sanford Police press release just sent out. Desaulniers was killed when his Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a Jeep near Foothill Road. Sanford Fire personnel got the call around 5:30 p.m. The two passengers in the Jeep, a man and a woman, were Medflighted to Maine Medical Center in Portland. The accident remains under investigation.
