ROCHESTER - Marie Dolores Pomerleau, 82, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester after a period of failing health.

She was born in Gonic, on December 7, 1931, the daughter of Francois and Yvonne (Dionne) Lozotte and was a lifelong resident of Rochester. She was a communicant of St. Leo's Church in Gonic and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, playing bingo and knitting.

Surviving member of the family include: her husband, Joseph Pomerleau of Rochester, three sons, Bruce Pomerleau and his wife Colette of Rochester, David Pomerleau and his significant other Bobbie Woodman of Strafford, and Gary Pomerleau and his fianceƩ, Julie Tufts of Rochester, two daughters, Jean Pomerleau of Dover, and Donna Landolfi and her husband Larry of Rochester. She also leaves two sisters, Jean Richardson of Jacksonville, Fla. and Priscilla Kendal of Rochester, as well as ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
