MILTON - A Milton man is facing jail time in a felony sexual assault case that occurred in April.
Bryan P. Brown, 27, of Brown Street, Milton, was charged on April 5 with felonious sexual assault for allegedly having “inappropriate contact” with a female under the age of 16.
The teenage victim was not a family member, said Milton Police Chief Richard Krauss, and not from town.
Brown was released on $5,000 cash bail and faces an arraignment on June 17.
