Motorcyclist seriously hurt in Rochester accident | motorcycle crash

ROCHESTER - A New Hampshire man was seriously injured on Monday when his motorcycle crashed near Skyhaven Airport.

Police say a 2009 Yamaha YZF-R6 motorcycle driven by Christopher D. Philbrick, 23, of Seabrook, was heading northbound when the bike left the roadway and went down around 11:45 a.m.

Philbrick was Medflighted to Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. He was listed in fair condition today, according to a hospital spokesman.

A passenger, Alisha Hills, 19, of Seabrook, miraculously escaped injury.

Both were wearing helmets.
