N.H. woman charged in shoplifting at Walmart

ROCHESTER - A New Hampshire woman was arrested in a shoplifting at the Rochester Walmart on Monday.

Felicia Morasse, 20, of 14 Park St., Pittsfield, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment and released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment in October in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
