PrintROCHESTER - Georgette Cecile Gondella, 84, died Thursday, December 19, 2013, at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, N.H., after a period of failing health.
Georgette was born in Dover, N.H., on October 17, 1929, the daughter of Felix and Rose Alma (LaPointe) LaViolette and had been living in Rochester for many years, moving from Dover. She was a member of the St. Ann Sodality at Holy Rosary Church in Rochester.
She was predeceased by her husband Louis Gondella.
Surviving members of the family include: her stepchildren, Louise Labrecque of West Newfield, Maine, and Suzanne Orr of Rochester, N.H. She also leaves, one brother, Henry Laviolette, sister, Edna Goodnoe, and 15 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
