Obit: Thomas Charpentier ... enjoyed metal detecting

ROCHESTER - Thomas G. Charpentier, 59, died on Friday, Sept., 27, 2013, at his home.

Thomas was born in Rochester, on Aug., 24, 1954, a son of George and Muriel (Biron) Charpentier and was a lifelong resident of Rochester. He was employed at a product purchaser for Bavarian Auto Sports in Portsmouth, and enjoyed metal detecting, fishing and hunting.

Surviving members of the family include: one son, Peter Charpentier of Rochester, one brother, Dennis Charpentier of Rochester, three sisters, Suzanne McGurty of Florida, Paula Garland and Paulette Britton both of Rochester, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
