ROCHESTER - An Ossipee, N.H., man was arrested on Sunday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl’s.

Justin Scully, 24, of 8 Granite Road, was charged with willful concealment and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment next month at the 7^th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
