ROCHESTER - Oze A. Desmarais, Jr. 84, of 13 Paradise Drive died Tuesday July 15, 2014 at the Rochester Manor after a brief illness.

He was born July 8, 1930 in Rehobeth, Mass., the son of Osee and Evelyn (Field) Desmarais. Oze served in the Army National Guard. He has resided in this area since 1964, previously living in Barrington. He worked as a printer for C&K Printing in Rochester. Oze was a member of the Victory Club in Rochester. He loved watching all of the Boston Sports Teams on television and reading Tom Clancy books.

The widower of Anna (Gangi) Desmarais, he is survived by son, Robert and wife Terry Desmarais of Rochester; daughters, Linda Desmarais and Dianne Roberts, both of Arlington, Mass., June McCaull of Woburn, Mass., Dorothy and husband Arthur Devereaux, Saugus, Mass., 3 grandchildren, Shannon Desmarais, Lauren Proctor and Leah Devereaux; one brother, Donald Desmarais of Nashua; sister, Gwen DiSimone of Mass., many nieces and nephews.
