Portsmouth soundwall project gets public airing Wednesday

PORTSMOUTH - The New Hampshire Department of Transportation is holding a public informational meeting in advance of a City of Portsmouth Traffic Safety Committee meeting on Wednesday at City Hall Chambers, 1 Junkins Ave. in Portsmouth. At that time the DOT will present an update to the I-95 Soundwall and Privacy Fence project. The meeting doors will open for an informal open house at 5:30 p.m. followed by a presentation at 6 p.m. detailing the sections of the proposed work. The public is encouraged to attend and ask questions. NHDOT programs and services are administered by the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all applicable regulations to ensure nondiscrimination.
