Rochester Voice announces free ad runtime till state of emergency is lifted for businesses directly affected by shutdown

Martha Soto Galicia ... president, The Rochester Voice

The Rochester Voice is adjusting its ad pricing schedule to help businesses directly affected by the governor's shutdown of restaurant dine-in business and other retail businesses.

Effective now the runtime of paid advertising will not start until the state of emergency in New Hampshire is lifted, however your ad will be put online immediately. Remember you can change your ad's message anytime at no cost.

As an example if a business buys three months of advertising at $200, our high-profile banner ad, the cost would $600 less the usual 10 percent longevity discount for a total of $540.

But that three months ad runtime would not begin till the governor's state of emergency is lifted and stores are up and running as usual.

Monthly ad costs range from $90-$200.

This special promotion is ONLY for businesses directly affected by the shutdown like restaurants and nonessential retail stores.

The Rochester Voice has already reduced its annual individual subscription rate by some 85 percent, from $60 to $10.

"Now, as president of The Rochester Voice, we think it's time to do something for the businesses we depend on for our bottom line," said Martha Soto Galicia.
