Rochester woman nabbed on heroin, pot charges

ROCHESTER - A Rochester women have been arrested on drug charges stemming from a Sept. 1 traffic stop for failure to use a turn signal. Tracy Borrelli, 36, of 5 Lois St., was charged with two counts of possession of what is believed to be marijuana and four grams of heroin. Also seized was $1,828 in cash. At the same time police also arrested Susan Schug, 33, of 53 Franklin St., Somersworth, N.H., for allegedly possessing heroin.
Schug was also given personal recognizance with an October arraignment.
