ROCHESTER - A Rollinsford woman was arrested on Friday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl’s.
Karen Carignan, 47, of 19 Howe St., Rollinsford, was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment that occurred last Saturday.
Carignan was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
A second conviction of willful concealment in a 36-month-period can result in felony charges.
