ROCHESTER - The Rochester Public Library invites teens ages 12-18 to join a Horror/Thriller book discussion on Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. in the Teen Room.

This event is the second in a yearlong series aimed at encouraging socialization and promoting reading. No registration is needed, and refreshments will be provided.
