CONCORD, N.H. - The Rochester man who gave a Spaulding High senior fentanyl that resulted in her death a year ago faces sentencing next week that could land him in federal prison for up to 20 years.
Mark Ross, 42, pleaded guilty earlier this year in federal court in the death of 18-year-old Eve Tarmey, who died inside a Rochester motel room.
Ross, the boyfriend of Tarmey's mother, Jazzmyn Rood, along with Leslie Aberle of Salisbury, Mass., and Tarmey were all inside a motel room at the Riviera Motel the night Tarmey died.
Ross will be sentenced Thursday, while Aberle's sentencing is set for January.
Rood already pleaded guilty to concealing knowledge to law officials and could face up to three years in prison at her sentencing in December.
