LEBANON - A Lebanon woman was arrested earlier this month as a habitual offender after she was stopped for reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

State Police Lt. Christopher Vetter stopped the vehicle driven by Ashley Sinclair, 32, the morning of Feb. 1 on Hansonville Road in Rochester.

Sinclair was charged with operation after being certified as a habitual offender and reckless operation.
