ROCHESTER - Three area residents, including two from Rochester, were arrested on Thursday in shoplifting incidents at the Rochester Walmart.

The three include Korah Desautel, 19, of Woodland Green in Rochester, Vada Zambrano, 19, of Orchard Street in Rochester and Carol Libby, 44, of Washington Street in Dover.

All three were released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending an April arraignment.
