LEBANON - Two Lebanon residents were among four arrested on Tuesday on drug charges as part of a joint effort by Maine State Police and the York County Drug Enforcement Agency.

Charlene Gauthier, 60, and Scott Hudson, 48, both of 60 Kennebec Drive, were both taken into custody on active arrest warrants in connection with abuse and possession of various prescription drugs when agents arrived at the home, search warrant in hand.

There was also a quantity of marijuana found in the house, according to Maine State Police Sgt. Jonathan Shapiro.

Also present at the time of the search warrant were Thomas Gilmore, 28, of Standish, Maine, and his mother, Theresa Hall, 54, of Berwick, Maine, who were also charged with drug related offenses. Gilmore was summonsed for his offenses and Hall was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug.

The residence at 60 Kennebec Drive belongs to Gauthier.

A schedule W drug could be heroin, cocaine or several prescription drugs such as oxycodone.
