Water shutoff expected today in area of Walbridge Court, Crimson Lane

ROCHESTER - The Department of Public Works will temporarily shut off water in the area of Walbridge Court and Crimson Lane today until 5 p.m.

The shutdown is necessary due to ongoing construction at the Salmon Falls Pump Station. During this period, there may be little to no water pressure.

As a result of this work, there may be air or discoloration in the water due to naturally occurring minerals in the water lines. If needed, run a cold water tap for a short time to clear the water.
