ROCHESTER - William A. Bernard, 63, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, June 5, 2016, after a period of failing health.
Born on September 16, 1952, in Beverly, Mass., William was the son of the late Frank W. Sr. and Dorothy (Trask) Bernard; brother of Frank Bernard Jr., of Rochester, N.H.; and father of Kimberly Page of Scarborough, Maine, and Andrea Bernard of Westbrook, Maine.
William was a 1971 graduate of Claude H. Patten Vocational High School in Beverly, Mass.
