DOVER - William G. Hoginski, of Dover, died on Wednesday July 16, 2025. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Bill served in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer aboard the U.S.S. Samuel B. Roberts. He moved to Dover in 1962 with the Hoginski family to open Williams Cadillac Oldsmobile and worked there until his retirement.

Bill was a Dover Jaycee and served the organization in various capacities including President. His civic contributions included volunteering with the Dover Economic Commission, Strafford County Regional Planning Director, Catholic Charities, Cub Scouts, Dover Youth Hockey, Director of the Dover Chamber of Commerce, Friends of UNH Hockey and the development committee for St. Paul's School in Concord. He was President of the Dover Auto Dealers Association and served as Director of the New England Oldsmobile Dealers Association. He was an avid yachtsman, hunter and gardener. He enjoyed listening to the Polka Party every Saturday on WUNH FM. He enjoyed traveling in his retirement and spending time in Islesboro, Maine.

Bill was predeceased by his devoted wife of 58 years, Barbara. He is survived by his daughter Lisa Russell and husband Raymond, grandchildren Sonia and Owen and son Anthony Hoginski and partner Erik Fel'Dotto.
