ROCHESTER - A Barrington woman was charged with willful concealment after she was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the downtown Walgreen’s.

Valerie Dupuis, 47, of Berry River Road in Barrington was arrested and bailed on $1,500 personal recognizance, pending her arraignment next month at the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court. 

A second shoplifting offense in a three-year period can be treated as a Class B Felony.
