ROCHESTER - A city woman was arrested on Thursday in a shoplifting at the Hannaford’s on North Main.
Tracy Poulin, 43, was charged with willful concealment and released on $1,000 personal recognizance pending her arraignment next month in the 7th Circuit Court, District Division, Rochester.
Willful concealment is a misdemeanor but a second offense within 36 months can rise to a felony level charge.
