Worker injured in fall from Spaulding H.S. roof

ROCHESTER - A worker at Spaulding High School sustained serious injuries on Friday after he fell from the roof while painting trim.

The man who was not identified was treated by Frisbie Memorial Hospital emergency personnel and airlifted to Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine.

Rochester Police got the call around 12:30 p.m.

The man was working with a hydraulic lift at the time. The cause of the accident and the victim’s condition today are both unknown.

OSHA has begun an investigating into the incident.
